Recommended Grilling

Our Yukon Kings are extremely rich in flavor, this simple preparation brings out the natural flavors of the fish:

  • Yukon King Fillets
  • French Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Generously sprinkle king fillets with French sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Allow to sit 30-60 minutes. Drizzle olive oil lightly over fillets and rub over fish. Grill until thoroughly cooked.
